Our producers understand food, seasons, and freshness, and refuse to be dictated to by supermarkets. Each of our producers is known to us personally and we have visited their kitchens, farms and production sites. To ensure the best possible availability, we recommend that you place your order by 5 o'clock on Friday at the latest, for delivery the following week.
